I worked closely with stakeholders to create excitement for what’s possible and translated UX strategy and research into polished interfaces for companies like Timken and US Chamber of Commerce.

I was the sole designer on our agile product team and responsible for overall user experience and visual design of telecommunication product line, including interactive customer support tools for Verizon Wireless, Telus, and T-mobile.
Timken is a global manufacturing company operating in over 42 countries. I led the UX and UI redesign for their international front door.
This multilingual project spanned over 3 years and included their corporate website, new distributor locator, and engineering blog.

As mobile technology advanced, Telus noticed an uptick in customer support calls. They partnered with our agency to launch a tool providing real-time customer education.
The result was a drastic reduction in call centers calls and of course, happy customers. I led the UX and UI design with our agile team of software engineers and product managers.
